Recap of the new edition of Sirha Lyon
The world's largest culinary trade show
From January 23 to 27, 2025, the Sirha trade show took place in Lyon.
An internationally recognized event, it brings together all CHR manufacturers, food industry artisans, and the most prestigious culinary competitions such as the Bocuse d'Or.
This professional trade show allows us, every two years, to exchange ideas with our clients, suppliers, and prospects about our new products for 2025.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Joannes Richard, World Burger Champion. He took part in live cooking sessions at our booth on Thursday, January 23, and Saturday, January 25.
Casselin was able to showcase a selection of its new products for the year 2025. Among the new Casselin products, you can find induction cookers, induction snack plates, blenders, and many more.
